Parents

We fully encourage parents to participate in their child’s learning journey.  Here’s how you can remain engaged.

Stay Connected

FACTS SIS, our online portal, is a powerful communication tool between parents and teachers. Here, parents can stay up-to-date with their child’s assignments, grades and overall progress, as well as liaise with teachers directly about any issues that may arise.

Google Workspace is a set of online tools like email, documents and online meetings, used to help students learn and collaborate. To easily access essential tools like Google Classroom for assignments and Google Meet for video conferences with teachers, we highly recommend securing a free Gmail account.

Skool Loop is our official school communication app, centralizing all notices, calendars, and absentee reporting making it incredibly easy to stay informed and connected with us directly from your phone.

Participate in HSA

The Home and School Association (HSA) at Bermuda Institute plays a crucial role in strengthening the bond between our homes, school and churches. This dedicated group of parents, guardians, teachers and community members works together to support every aspect of your child’s Christian education. From organizing parent education workshops and engaging fundraising initiatives, to fostering a vibrant school community through social events and volunteer efforts, the HSA is committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where our students can thrive spiritually, academically and socially. We invite you to join us in this vital partnership! Join our Facebook Page and follow us on Instagram.

Volunteer

We believe that parents are our most valuable partners in creating a thriving school community. Volunteering on campus is an incredible way to directly contribute to your child’s educational experience and witness firsthand the vibrant learning environment at Bermuda Institute. Whether you have a few hours a week or just an occasional morning, your time and talents can make a significant difference. From assisting in classrooms to relieving a teacher from yard duty or helping with school events, there are many opportunities to get involved and strengthen our school family. Join us in making a positive impact!
